Adapted Track & Field

We are looking for future Paralympics Track and Field athletes. This program is open to males and females with physical disabilities. Join in a fun and intense training program every spring.

We'll teach you about wheelchair racing, running, shot put, javelin and discus. Participate in community runs and have fun with your friends! Like our other adaptive sport programs this is another great opportunity to learn a new sport and socialize with others. As a team, we will attend and compete in area wide competitions.

Schedule:

The Adapted Track & Field season runs on Mondays from April 18th - May 16th, 2011. It is held at Lincoln-Way East High School, field house and outdoor track, in Frankfort, IL from 6pm-8pm.
