LWSRA Power Soccer

Power soccer is a competitive team sport played by athletes of all ages with various disabilities. Each team consists of four players in power wheelchairs equipped with a guard on the front to attack, defend and maneuver an oversized soccer ball to score points on a goal. This action packed sport combines the skill of wheelchair use with the speed of a power chair (6.5 mph) and the competitive spirit of the players to produce fast-paced exciting competition.

Power Soccer is often the only competitive sport available to those who use power wheelchairs for independent mobility.
